A passion for craft beer and spirits, and delicious, regionally-sourced food items under a test-kitchen concept provide the foundational elements of this taproom and eatery right here in Prince George. Our test-kitchen and service teams are creating fresh, ever-changing items inspired by cuisine, spirits and beer from around North America and the world.
The food and beverage programs are social by nature, with offerings designed to share and be served casually, and introduce you to craft beer and other unique offerings from around North America. But, we can’t stop ourselves from putting British Columbia first, evident in our product selections and the ingredients we use daily. Take a focus on high quality product and service, add a warm, inviting atmosphere surrounded by friends and family, and top it off with true dedication to the downtown core of the City, and you have Kask.
Built on the backs of those in heavy industry, Prince George has experienced its highs and lows, but has since diversified. Right down to the decor, we at Kask embrace and celebrate the industry characterizations that created Prince George in the first place, and the people who fuel them to this day. It’s represented in the brand, the vision and the community we serve.

Please note: not all reservation requests (i.e. timing, seating preferences, etc…) can be accommodated (if that is the case, a Team Member will be in touch with you to go over your options!), and please advise your guests (especially if they haven’t visited us before) of our casual, share-plate oriented style of service, and that food and beverage creations arrive as they are prepared. Last thing: have fun!
