A glimpse of the madness
The Kask Test Kitchen frequently uses common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, dairy and wheat, so we ask that any allergies or dietary restrictions be communicated to our Service Team, and we will do our best to accommodate. We are proud to offer a range of vegan, gluten-free, and meat-free options, with the “source local, go global” mentality when it comes to selecting our ingredients and determining our flavour profiles.
When it comes to our beer, it’s all coasts of North America, no if’s, and’s, or but’s. If it’s craft, we’re in to it. We proudly serve our beer as intended by the craft brewers who supply them, with a keen focus on temperature, taste, and presentation. As such, we have a variety of different styles of glassware ranging from 12oz to 16oz used for specific styles of beer. If in doubt, get a flight of 5 or 10 4oz taster beers to sample a variety of your choosing, or allow our Service Team to tailor your selections based on your taste preferences.

All Kask creations are served as doubles, sometimes more with specialty cocktails. Pitchers are available for parties of 3 or more. We firmly believe in the safe and responsible service and consumption of liquor. Please be responsible with us, and let a Team Member know if you need to find a safe ride home.
